Hello FMAddicteds,
After the first season now time to reshape the team, strengthen the weak points and being stronger for the next season..I will have a long 2 months to be ready and rock for the second season in my WestBrom story.
But before the second season, I need some quality players for a few positions. I need a goalie, good solid rock defender, a quick left wing, left back and a high calibre attacking midfielder.
Last season, I have given chance to Marvin Plattenhardt at left back but he could not use this chance as he should do... So I will spend money for this position.. During the last season, I observed many times the opposite attacks coming from this wing. I am using Chris Brunt at left wing but I need a young talent here for future...
I know I ask too many players but there is a serious constraint... Board gave me only 13.5 M €..
Most probably I will have to sell a few not needed players. But there is
also one serious problem.. Keeping quality players at the team. For
example, at the end of the season Chris Brunt and Jonas Olsson wanted to leave.. We had meeting at least two times I tried to convince them but what a pity, meetings' results were just failure.. So next season I have so many problems to cope with. I am trying the shift the expectations at The Hawthorn, I am trying to add quality talents to team, on the other hand my strongest players want to go :( Euhm, manager responsibility is becoming heavier day by day.
I also tried to attract Olsson and Brunt with new deals. Jonas Olsson have no intention to make a new deal with me but what a lucky day that I succeded to make a new deal with Chris Brunt for this year.. At least I will have Chris at my first eleven for the next year... For Jonas Olsson, I will also try to sell him as much as possible.. So that I will fill his place with a quality player
Here is my shortlist for the transfer negotiations in the coming days...
Goalie
- Maxym Koval (One of the wonderkid prospect)
- Marc Andre Ter Stegen (Another wonderkid prospect)
- David Ospina: One of the best goalie at FM
- Carlos Kameni (my favourite goalie from my ex story at FM 11 with Napoli)
- Sinan Bolat (Young Turkish goalie with a high potential)
- Thibaut Courtois (Chelsea's reserve goalie at Atletico Madrid. I will try to loan him at first)
- Federico Fazio
- Nicolas Otamendi
- Alexander Simon
- David Vidorreta
- Tiago Ilori
- Rapheal Varane : Real Madrid took this wonderkid from France but he could not find himself at the first eleven. So, I will try to loan him.
- Nathaniel Chalobah: Whatever the price labeled guy from Chelsea.. It is impossible to buy him but lets try to loan him.
Alexander Simon, Tiago Ilori and David Vidorreta are my other wonderkid prospects..At least two of them should I see at my team.
Midfielder:
- Emre Can: He is at FC Bayern and one of the promising young talents. I will try to take him to The Hawthorns. He will be a good back up at MC.
- Daniel Mohammed: Young, fast athlete and left foot.. He is the one I look for the left wing. I found him at France and I hope I will take him.
- Mehmet Ekici: He is really good AMC and would be fit best to my team. We are looking for the opportunities
- Muhammed Demirci: This young wonderkid prospect would be very good at my team, especially at AMR and AMC.. But there is one problem in England... working permit.. If I can overcome this problem, I will take him to England.
- Jano: Georgian young talent at Spartak Moskow.. 19 years old who plays at left wing and AMC.
- Felipe Anderson
- Erick Torres
I am happy with my attackers but I will not miss if I find a good deal.

Good luck taking the baggies to the EPL, I'm a Season ticket holder at the hawthorns and will follow your progress :-)
thanks Des.Baggie.. I love The Baggies and trying to do my best at FM12 but wanna see more at real life too :)
