First Season Start with Soton

Hello Dear FMAddicteds,

In my previous post, I mentioned the necessary change in my career. I have opened a new page with Southampton.

Southampton aka Soton has not a wide squad but some potential young talents. Welcome from the chairman with expectation to play attacking football and develop players using the club's youth system shows the potential of the team. This is just for me. In my each career, my biggest aim is building a young, running, attacking team.. Because, in my beliefs, football is all about entertainment and supporters deserve to watch nice moves and goals..

Season Expectation: Soton board is expecting to stay clear from the relegation but after i have seen the potential of the team, I have shifted the expectations. If i can build a good team, I believe that Soton will finish the league at mid-table..

Indeed, it could be better if we can catch up the Euro Cup challenge but now it is too easy to talk about Europe Cup.

Now lets take a look at my team

Goalies: It is very clear that i will need a good goalie. Boruc is a good one but he is at 32. I will need a young and talented one.. My young goalie, Gazzaniga, is far far away from my expectations.

Defenders: My defenders are a bit away from the expectations. I will be playing with attacking mentality so I need solid rock at back. The first action that i will take is finding a central defender.

 Nathaniel Cylne is the most impressive defender. He is a quality right back and i know him from previous version of the game.  Jos Hooiveld is also another strong defender

Midfielders: And here comes the best part of the team.. As you see, there is a huge potential in my midfielders. Especially Gaston Ramirez, Jay Rodriguez, Emanuel Mayuka has a great and brilliant future. I hope i can get the best from these potential stars.

Another impressive guy is yet 17 years old: James Ward-Prowse. I will pay extra attention to this kid and may be I will create my own wonderkid at Soton.

Strikers: As you see above I have a fired attacking guys at my midfield and I know my tactical formation exactly: 4-2-3-1.. At this strategy "1" striker should be very strong and lethal finisher

For time being, I have Rickie Lambert as 1 at my tactical formation. Rickie is a good leader and I hope he will be one who witness the glories at  Soton.
