FM 2010 Finding Wonderkids

Football Managership 2010 or with common name FM 2010 is the latest version of FM series. With "this news series" i will try to answer some questions for FM 2010 players who have questions about game, tactics, scouts, coaches, trainings, wonderkids, veteran players, team selections, etc...

Addicted Football Manager players know that having a strong and potential team is always the point deserved. FM 2010 has the latest database. I will explain my FM career with some screenshots and i will try to share my experience with you.

At first i will talk about pre match preparation. To get team ready you should have a strong staff, a balanced training program, dedicated coaches for these trainings.

Young talents or with another word, wonderkids are always welcome for a team. If you are interested in investing to future you should find these wonderkids and try to keep these magician guys in your team. At this point skillfull scouts will be your eyes and ears.

If you are interested in finding wonderkids, the point you should pay attention is the "Judging Player Potential" How higher this attribute so better and easier to find wonderkids.

If you are interested in just making actual team strong then you will need a scout who have high "Judging Player Ability" attribute.

Here is a screenshot i share with you. Arcadio Venturi is a professional that you really should have in your staff. He has 20 value - the highest- for both Judging Player Ability and Potential.

Another important point, each club can have limited scouts. So you should choose the best scouts and especially try to have scouts from different nations. This is important because each club has a knowledge and this knowledge constitutes the knowledge of staff. So it is prefered to having staff from different nations. Wider knowledge easier to find talented players, wonderkids.
