The way going to best training pass through the best coaches. With the headline "FM 2010 Best Coaches" i will try to write about coaches i worked with... Most of these coaches are the one for at least 4 star trainin program...

My favourite 1st team coach is Manuel Delgado Meco.. He is one of the FM 2010 best staff

If you can work with this coach, one of your aerobic and  strength program is guaranteed with 5 star... He is unemployed and you should not pass this coach... otherwise you can regret ignoring him
