A good start always opens the paves for you. Especially if you are seating on a hot seat... To be honest mine is hot seat... Tottenham was aiming to be in a position qualified for at least European Cups... At the 2008-2009 season the works were not like the expected. When i came to the clup we were standing alone in league, we were no place in European Cups... If you want to be a legendary manager in this clup, you should give something different that the others.. but that should absolutely win, glory, championship and cups (better if it is more than one...)
After setting up the new team formation and shaping the new staff we were ready to see challange... The players should impress me.. I am not a good guy i do never tolerate the ones who do not respect my game tactics and mentality.
So lets start with friendly matches... Friendly matches are the best way to see your players before the season start... I also did the same... I asked my guys to impress me. The result ? I think they understand me :)
7 friendly matches... Ony 2 goals conceded..total 20 goals scored.
What was the tactics... I do not use 2 or 3 strikers but i like using powerful attacking midfieldiers.
Two midfielders with hight physical attributes who can carry all the load of the team and 3 killer attacking midfielders and one guy good at smelling the goal... That is the results.
