In my last post about my fm 2010 career i mentioned about the starting point and some new features in FM 2010... What were the new features ? The best one at the start is the press call and the questions.
Now lets go on after the press call.
Why i chose Tottenham to play... First, there are young talents in Tottenham.. I am future builder manager so young talents are my precious asset. Who are these guys ?
Gareth Bale , Kyle Naughton, Luka Modric, Giovani Dos Santos, Sebastien Bassong, Aaron Lennon are my potential stars... Indeed Tottenham was an easy choice to be successfull. Because when you look at the squad you can see the potential and hungry to success. I will only show them how to.. Of course this is not so easy but how much can it be difficult?
After the press call and introduce my staff and players now it is time to revision... I want passionate staff in my team to be able to ask passion from my players..
No passion no gain...
As you can see from the two screenshots above... I seperated my way with the guys who are not enough to be in my staff list. But never forget that it is not easy at first year in your managership to work with world class staff... So i did not fire all of them..By the way some of them are really good coaches. Now time to rebuild the staff again as possible as i can perceive the star coaches to join Tottenham...

As you see from the last printscreen, I have some developments in my team training sessions. Weak point of my training session is Tactics session..Except tactic, all trainings are above 4 star and this is highly good and enough for big successes.
DO never forget... Football is based on teamworking.. For a long time lasting successes you need a good team from player to its physio, even administrative staff.
