Hey all FMAddicteds,
As you may remember in my last post about my career was about team staff...
I always need ambitious guys in my team. It doesnot matter he is player or he is staff.. All of them should be ambitious, eager to success, glory...
I had limited transfer budgets but i never got back from splashing money to good staffs. As you see from the screenshot i splashed 1.4 million Euro for my staff. But the result was so amazing for my team. But this is not the end... this is just the beginning... Tottenham is on going and the expected results will come with this amazing staff, players and ofcourse the audience...
At the end of the 2009 my training session and its quality is on the screenshot below.
There are some 3 stars training but i will be interested in increasing it as soon as i find an empty slot for more staff... I think this will be end of the season 2009-2010.
I transferred 9 coaches and 6 scouts. Scouts are my eyes on the world out of my team... They are going, watching matches, scouting talents and taking me the best of them.
After i have transferred these 6 scouts my scouting knowledge increased sharply.
This is not so bad for the start point.. As m knowledge increases it will be easier to find the young talents, future prospects...
Next post will focus on team playing tactics and a bit players..
