Tottenham raced in all the cups and we showed how we are eager and hungry to cups. The season started with the community shield cup and we did not give any chance to our rival.
We have passed Arsenal with penalty shoot-outs and gave the first signal to our fierce rivals that we are the biggest candidate for Premier Division top. With the league marathon we started at the same time to Champions League. We made a big suprises and broke all bets by beating rivals one by one until the Champions League Final.
Group matches are quite easy for us. Our rivals was FC kobenhavn, Beşiktaş, and Werder Bremen. Kobenhavn and us qualified for further stages. Now lets take a look at to other stages.
In Quarter Final, we have passed Olympique Lyon and then Roma and finally Real Madrid respectively. The most exiting match in these matches was the one with Roma.
After the final match, I was indicated as Roll Of Honour and two times in a row winning Champions League Cup was a start of a new history in Tottenham.
Moreover, we did not stop and continue on the cups with Euro Super Cup. We have played against OM and won the match without any extra effort.
Luca Modric was chosen as the best second player with 13 appearance and 8 goals. All these succeses moved us 7 places to 9. in the European Ranking List.
Besides, we also debutted in our first World Championship final and played againsts SC Corinthias Paulista. They were not lucky against us and they also joined the ones who lost against us :)
These achievement made the club management move and they decided to expand the stadium to make more fans witness to these historical days in Spurs. Stadium was expanded with 2600 seats.
We have all achieved to these levels with a high potential quality team and ofcourse I have strengthen the team during the season. I have bought only highly promising young start Martin Galvan at the start of the season but I have more sold players who I did not think in my first 11. Indeed it was a bid difficult to make this decision because some of the players I have sold were the favourites of fans but I cant stand the ones who does not run and effor for the team. So i did what I want and here is the result.
Scouts are very important for me because they are my eyes watching outside my team and finding the young hot prospects for my future team.
