Hello Dear FM Addicteds,
Here is the start of a new season with a new football manager. After the first glance at FM 2011 with Manchester City, I started to look for a club that I will desire to achieve all the goals. This was not Manchester City. Because Man. City is really big and rich club and it is really easy for FM players to succeed with such a club. I started wih Man.City just for giving an overview about the game, staff, wonderkids, scouts etc... It is really difficult to have knowledge about these in a normal -moneyed club. This is why I was in a search such a club... That club should be hungry to every successes and besides this desire there should be some money and good facilities, youth activities too.. My first destination was Palermo. Palermo is one of the best football clubs for the ones who are in a search like me. OK, there is not so rich funding resources but there are really excellent, hot prospects like Abel Hernandez, Sirigu, Javier Pastore. So I decided to start in Palermo but I could not get used to Palermo.. There was something missing but I did not know what it is. After a few weeks in Palermo, I decided to start from scratch with a new club... This time destination was Spain. My favourite team in Spain is first Atletico Madrid, after that Deportivo La Coruna. In previous version I have played FM with Atletico Madrid, Deportivo and one time also with Villarreal. Suddenly, I decided to go to Villarreal. I do not know exactly the reason but I have listened my heart and now as a brief I am in Villarreal- AKA Yellow Submarines :)
Fernando Roig-Villarreal Chairman-welcomed me to El Madrigal very friendly with a contract $1.600.000 per year until 2012. Normally my principle is signing a yearly contract but this is the start so I will accept it :p

As a start of the season I can say that my task is not as difficult as I expected. The board's expectation is a respectable position in the league but this is not enough for me. My goals are very big and start should be more than this to achieve this goal as soon as possible
On the other hand, it is obvious that I can not aim to be winner at the first season but Title challange is acceptable for me too... Besides, transfer budget and more important for the first year wage budget is very important. This is why I have indicated Villarreal's expectation as Title Challangers. My wage budget and transfer budget were increased with this change. This is the first tip for you. If you are in a middle-class club, keeping expectations high will be useful and beneficial for your finance at your 1st year.

As you see my chance is at 40-1, it means that I am not one of the hot favourites for this season. This is the most amazing part for me to let these guys down :)
This is the really first part of this career and will continue..
