In my last post I have started my new story in FM 2011 with Yellow Submarines Villarreal FC in Spain. Season expectation from the board is keeping a respectable position in the league but my aims are wider and further than the board and I will try to do my best for a higher position.
In each my story, the first step I have done is setting up a new staff who are very good at their own professionality. After a meeting with my staff, I decided to replace some of them. Especially I need a good assistant manager and I have some ideas about the one I would like to have in my staff. Besides, fitness is not at the expected level and I am not happy with the team's strenght. Besides, I noticed that physios are not good.
The best physio has physiotherapy attribute as 16. I tried to find more appropriate candidates but at this point what a pity, I have learnt that staff allowance is very limited and I made a request from board to increase my staff's number to focus on more specialization.

First trying was for a good assistant manager and my candidates were Valter Di Salvo and Marco Rota. If I can not negotiate with these guys, other target was Steve Round, my ex asistant manager in Tottenham in FM 2010.
Valter di Salvo and Marco Rota let me down because I could not even make any negotiation. They were not interested in joining Villarreal.
Valter Di Salvo was a really good target but what i pity we could not have a large amount.
Valter is a good target because his attributes such as Fitness, Man Management, Motivating and Fitness are 20 but he did not like Viıllarreal. So I have shifted to another target with Marco Rota but he did not also accept our offer.
As a result, my new candidate was Steve Round and he has accepted. I am happy that Steve is a really high-calibre assistant manager and anymore he will be in my team.
