Napoli Season 1- Start of the Season (2010-2011)

Hi there Pals,

Have you ever heard the name Aurelio De Laurentiis If not, let me tell you, he is the living legend of SSC Napoli. He is my new employer :) Chairman of SSC Napoli.


He has met me with a warming welcome at the gates of San Paolo.
 

San Paolo is the venue of SSC Napoli and we will play here and maybe we will write the history once again and all our fans will witness to glories at San Paolo. 

Generally, I do not like increasing the expectations but at Napoli, I can make an exception for a while. I have told the board that we can play to Title Challange and indeed I need to say this to gain more transfer budget and  more wage budget.

At first years, Wage budget is very important even more important than transfer budget because, it is easy to capture a high calibre man  with "approach to sign" so to be able to attract a quality man, you should offer him high salaries. 

After that, now time to increase the motivation of the players. It is very easy to do.. Give more money :)I did the same and I have offered them high bonus at league, cup, and continental matches. It will boost their motivationd and increase their respect to me. This is very important also at new FM 2011.

After I have increased the bonus, most of the players became happy with this situation and i think this is a good step to start a career.
