Hello FMAddicteds,
In my last post, I have give a brief information about history of West Brom, my new team. So that, you can also notice the expectations from me for the coming years.
Now, it is time to talk some business... :)
I am a manager who is responsible to give what West Brom fans expect. As I mention in my press conference, football is about entertainment and this is what I promise to West Brom fans.
Most of the time I spent at my ex-teams, my tactical approach is based on attacking and I will try to adapt the same understanding at west brom.. We will see how it will go.
Chairman Jeremy Peace welcomed me to The Howthorns, assuring me that I can rely on the full backing of the club’s board. We will see their promise with my first board interaction.
As a first task,i met my staff. Staff is one of the key success factor in FM.. A high quality backroom is always your power behind the players. I believe it has a continous power and helps to bring the success.
To be honest, it was a dissappointment when I met with my staff.. Number of my staff is very inadequate and what a pity, their quality is not enough for me and my dreams.. So the first thing I will do in the club will be the annoying mutual terminations with some of the staff and bring new fresh ones to the club. First part is easier compared to the second part. Because west brom is not a top level club and it will be really hard to attract quality coaches to the team. I will try to do my best.
Assistant Manager is the most important staff in my backroom. Generally, I do not prefer to change my asssistant manager at my first year.Because I always need one who knows the club and players until I take the full control but this time I will make a little change and I will start the revolution by changing the asssistant manager. Indeed, it is abit related to the new assistant manager candidate. He has really top quality staff and even I tried to sign him a contract with different positions, he insisted on assistant manager. So I decided to grab him.
He has increadible high mental attributes and it is very crucial for an assistant manager. I am sure that I found my right hand. Especially, adaptability, determination, level of discipline,and motivation attributes are the key attributes that make your coach over 4 and 5 stars. His average value is 17.25 and this is really high score. It shows that this man will be 5 stars coach for the training category which he has over 17 ( for Tony, it is goalkeeping coaching )
My ex-assistant manager was Michael Appleton. He had less experience compare to Tony Coton.
So tell me your idea about my replacement.
