After the first afew days, I was called to board meeting and
they have informed me about their season expectations.. Indeed, season
expectation is less than I expect.. I am supposed to avoid team from relagation
but I have more and besides, to have more bunch of cash I increased the bet :)
I guaranteed them to finish the season at top half and they
also increased the transfer budget from 7.82 M € to 9.75 M € and ofcourse wage budget was also
increased
Indeed, first year I think I will make more observation,
less action. So I do not plan to finish all my resources at the first season
because I am still not familiar to the team and I do not know what they will
give me. I will make a few key transfers and after that I will concentrate on
teamwork. I always believe that a high level team working spirit always bring
the success with itself.
Now it is time to talk about my transfers
I will give details tomorrow.
