Hello again FM Addicteds,
When i was a newcomer at WestBrom, I was invited to a press conference and I was introduced to all press. In this press conference I was asked about my football mentality. Not in this game, but also in my real life, according to me, football is about entertainment. So that was what I promise to WestBrom fans.
To keep this promise, "Attacking" will be my key word. I will ask all my players to think goal every time. I am not very keen on solid defence but definitely I work on attacking and goal organizations.
My favourite team setting is 4-2-3-1
Our main philosophy will be Fluid and strategy will be focusing on attacking of course. On the other hand, I have set only general strategies but I did not touch playing style. I will form that after I have watched my players.
