5 Stars Coaches in FM 2012

Hello FM Addicteds,

5 Stars coaches are always popular in Football Manager. In each version, it is another challenging point to find out these coaches like finding wonderkids but do you know how to find a 5 stars coach ? If not, just read this post ;)

In my previous post about coaches, I shared my first findings belongs to FM 2012 Demo. I was taking the seat at Man City.

Now with the full version of FM2012, I have started again my searches for 5 stars, 4.5 stars

Let me give you a little clue about finding a staff who has potential more than 4 stars:

Total of the values of Adaptibility, motivating, level of discipline and determination attributes should be more than 60. Another critical point is having 18,19 or 20 point at the related Coaching Attribute. 

Let me show you  one example

As you see mental side of Roberta has really high values. According to my clue mentioned above, total of the values of  adaptibility, determination, level of discipline, and motivating is 62 and his Fitness attribute value is 20. So this means that, Roberto is 5 stars Fitness coach.
