To make a swot analysis of the team, it is good to take a look at the team comparisons.
Swot analysis is a kind of analysis that take into consideration of the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of a situation
General Team Comparison:
Team Comparison- All Positions: All position comparison shows that we are in good stage at Decisions, Strength, Leadership, Teamwork. Indeed, I am also very happy with teamwork because you can not explain our success with another reason then teamwork. Especially, in FA Cup matches, I often witness how they fight for the victory.
Team Comparison- GoalKeeper: In my previous posts, I mention goalkeeping in Westbrom. For the first season,it was OK. Ben Foster is really quality player but at the end of the season, he turned home. He was loaned here now I have Marton Fülop. He is not as good as Ben Foster so I need to find better one. Indeed, my target will be Carlos Kameni. He is my favourite but I do not know if he wants to join to WestBrom. We will see in the coming days.
Team Comparison- Defence: The only thing that can be useful for defensive comparision is our 3rd position in the ranking table for Jumping. For the other attributes, we are at the bottom and one of the worsts.. So I need a revolution in my defence. Especially I should get rid of lazy and heavy players. The goals conceded is a good summary as a supplimentary to this defensive team comparison.
Team Comparison- Midfield:In my midfield, I have fighting players and I do not allow rival teams' player to pass my midfield easily. Tackling ranking 5 is also another indicator of this statement.But however, it is clear that I need reinforcements for midfield.
Team Comparison- Attack:Although I have more than 3 attackers and they are good, team comparison shows that we have a long way to go.
I will be more focusing on these fields and I aim to increase the ranking list for the next seasons.
