After a long and tiring season, it is the best way giving a conditioning schedule to the players. In summers, a good conditioning schedule waits my players' come back from holiday.
1 month conditioning training gives back the strength to the players.
Because my tactic base on fast attacks, dribblings, using wings and all these requires a high capacity physical power.
With strength training, you will focus on Jumping, natural fitness, stamina, strength and work rate attributes. On the other hand, these are not only enough for a physically strong team. So the remaining part is completed by Aerobic training. You will focus on acceleration, agility, balance and pace. Thus, your players will be more athletic.
I hope I will not see my players are exhausted on 60th minutes with the help of this conditioning training.
By the way, training is not enough. It is best to complete training with friendly matches. In my summer programme, I generally arrange friendly matches one on every 3 days. Some of them are at home, some of them are away.
