WestBrom Story- 2.Season- Transfers

Hello FMAddicteds,

Yesterday I posted my failures and disappointments in transfer market. Today time to talk about what we did, who we joined the team.

Player Transfers

I opened the bank cheque and splashed 21 M€ for the transfers. On the other hand, what a shame that I could not handle Olsson and I had to accept the best offer for him.

Another one was one of the player whom I want to get rid of: Gonzalo Jara but it was poor action for me not to be able to sell Steven Reid, Paul Scharner and see them leaving free.. It would be perfect if I could make some money from them.

Gonzalo Jara and Steven Reid were playing at right back. Now, I have only one alternative: Hugo Mallo.. But I am sure that Mallo will take this chance and he will show me his quality.

I filled Paul Scharner's positon with a young talented Turkish player from FC Bayern U21.. He has a German discipline and according to scout reports, he will be a boosting effect at my midfield. Besides, his fee is not so high so I can say that I am happy with this transfer. I am looking forward to seeing him what he has.

Emre Can

He is just 18 years old and he has a great future at The Hawthorns.

My assistant manager also agree with me. He has a potential to be a key member of the team.

Scott Brown: Scott is one of my free transfer and maybe the best one.  He is an experienced midfielder and I will ask him tutoring my young talented players..

While we are talking about free players, I found Robbie Cotton by chance from the players who left their clubs. I take a look at this guy and decided to welcome him at WestBrom.

He is also another young like Emre Can and he has also potential to be a quality player. First, I will see him at the prep matches, after that I will decide him keep at the team or send him to loan to gain more experience by playing regularly.

I was in a looking for a player at my left back and in my previous posts I have mentioned Dodo.. Now here is Dodo..

His acceleration and agility shows how I am right at this transfer. He is a speedy guy and this is what I need while I am playing 4-2-3-1 tactical formation... Backs should be fast for quick attacks to feed the wings. Definitely, he will take the shirt at first 11.. I hope he does not let  me down.

For center of the defence I have taken 3 young talents: Tiago Ilori, Dario Del Fabro, Guiseppa Prestia.. Tiago shows his quality and he is the best one within these 3 new comers. I will try to make him a part of the first team but days will show us.. Maybe Dario or Guiseppa will take this chance.. Internal rivalry is always good.

Tiago has really good physical attributes compared to his age.

Indeed, although I have no thought to buy one to my goalfinders I could not keep myself away from this transfer: Cenk Tosun

Cenk is one of the wonderkid candidated in this version and I decided to give him a chance. It was not an expensive transfer so I took the responsibility and took him to England.

As a substitute for Chris Brunt, I have also added Daniel Mohammed from France.

Scout reports define this guy as "definite purchase" and when you look at the transfer fee, it is really nothing to be anxious

At this post, finally I will give place to my Goalie transfer.. Ok, I know you were waiting one of my transfer target at goalie but I could not succed to convince  any of Ter Stegen, Ospina, Kameni. So as a forth options I bought talented Turkish goalie Sinan Bolat

Besides,  I have alse added another substitute for goalie, Ben Amos from Man Utd. I have spent 6 M€ for Sinan. I wish he will worth to this.

Ok now pals, tell me what you think about my transfers ? This year I will play at UEFA and I know I lost power at my defence but I am pretty sure that I have strengthen my midfield and attacking ability.
