WestBrom Story- Season 3- Staff Transfers

Hello FMAddicteds,

We have made really quality transfers at season 3 and I have really high targets for this season. At least we should play better than this season. Getting on first 5 would be really fantastic for us. To reach this target, I did not stop working and bringing new faces to the Hawthorns, not only players but also staff. Because, I always believe that a good team can be formed with a good, strong backroom and I also try to do my best for a good backroom.
At first, I asked boardroom to increase the number of coaches and what a nice surprise that they have accepted my request. So now it will be easier for me to build a strong backroom.

By the way, it is shame that I have missed my four coaches to other teams.. I am sorry, especially, for Brian Eastick. Manchester United took him as assistant manager. He was a 5 star coach.

Arsenal took Stewart Houston, Liverpool took Kevin Hitchcock, Everton took Tosh Farrell

Staff Out

As you see, all of my coaches I lost were taken by bigger teams. So, it shows that we are doing things right. Now it is time to find out new ones, better ones to keep the backroom quality.

Staff In

Last season, I had not a quality attacking coach. I have solved this issue with my new coaches, Altin Lala, and Ezequiel Carboni

Shooting Coach:  Altin's attacking attribute and tactical knowledge is very good. His mental attributes also shows that Altin is a 4.5 star coach.

I will ask Altin to be responsible for shooting. This season, I want to see a team with powerful killer shoots.

Attacking Coach: Ezequiel is my first team coach and his attributes are definitely upper stage. He is my number 1 attacking coach. Ezequiel is 4.5 stars coach.

Goalkeeping Coach:Inaki will be a good replacement for Kevin Hitchcock. He is a young and quality goalkeeping coach and I am sure that he will serve at the Hawthorns for long years. Inaki is 4.5 stars goalkeeper coach.

Besides, I have also added Physio and 3 youth coaches to my staff. Starting from this year, I will pay more attention to youth system. Because we are not a rich team and we should grow our young talents. So all my youth coaches are very quality and I hope to move some youngs to the first squad.

After all these staff in and outs, my training level is better than last year.

As you see, my training level is over expected and I know that these quality coaches will help me reaching our goals.
