WestBrom Story- Season 3- New WestBrom Tactic: 4-2-4

Hello FMAddicteds,

After my new transfers , I decided to change my game understanding and try to give the fans what they want to see... many goals, an attacking football and a solid defence at the back. 

Now lets take a look at this tactic requirements. I will give you the receipt  :)

• Fast attacking full backs, central solid defenders
• 2 tireless midfielders. 1 for Attacking, 1 for Supporting or Defending (ball winning one preferable)
• 2 really fast dribbler wingers who have high crossing and centering attributes
• 2 attackers: 1 is Advanced Forward, 1 is poacher

Fast attacking full backs:
In this tactic, I need really fast players who can pass opponent  half from the back with the ball fast and start  the attacks. I have really strong weapons at this position such as Christian, Dodo, Alexander Simon, Hugo Mallo, Vedran Corluka, Tim Lajendik

Christian is one of my free and maybe one of the most optimum players. Look at his physical attributes. He will be very helpful for putting my tactic on regular.

 Vedran Corluka: Corluka's power will be on my side. So I am really happy seeing him at The Hawthorns.

Dodo: look at his acceleration and agility. He will be a really fast weapon at the starting of my attacks.

Hugo Mallo: I have taken Mallo to the Hawthorns at 2011 to only € 925K and now he is € 5M. It was a really beneficial investment

Solid Defenders:

While my wing backs are on attack, it would be the worst thing I can ever meet is being caught to the counter attack. So I also need really rock solid defenders. I am happy that I have added one of the best this season: Jan Vertonghen. Guillermo Burdisso, Tiago Ilori will also be a good company with Jan.

Do you need anything to be said about Jan's ability and quality.

Tireless Midfielders:

My new tactic again based on two main engine on the midfield. They are the main ground of the strategy, if they fall, this strategy loses..So they should be very quality, powerful, tireless midfielders. 

Lets see who I have on the midfield:

• Youssuf Mulumbu
• Graham Dorrans (not his best position but really good at MC position)
• Emre Can (my young talent)

• Mehmet Topal (new transfer from Spain, called as Spider.)
• Eber (Young strong Brazilian DM ) - He has a potantial to be a quality player

• John Fleck (He is best at AMC, AML but OK for MC)- Another free and quality player

• Scott Brown (Experienced MC player)

As you see, I have many options and rotation ability at midfield. There will be a good rivalry in midfield. 

Sons of the Wind, Speedy Wingers:

I call these guys as sons of the wind. Opponent team should not understand where the ball comes and where it goes. These guys running with the wind will take the ball to the flanks and make killer centers to the six box area. Dou you want to know whare these sons of the wind ? OK, Let me introduce you: Lee Ballard, Adam Johnson, James Morrison, Graham Dorrans, Muhammed Demirci,

 Ballard's acceleration will be very useful at my attacks coming from the wings.

Goal Machines:

Booty of an attack is goal and these are the ones who will make the attacks meaningful for the fans. My goal machines: Jordan Ayew, Shane Long, Yaya Sanogo, Peter Odemwingie

 I admire Jordan's quality and really looking forward to seeing Jordan at the field. I am sure that fans wanna see him as soon as possible.
