Hello Dear FMAddicteds,
For a long time I am away from blogging. Sorry for that. Lets continue from where we stopped. At my last post I have written my Europe Cup matches. Now it is time for domestic matches at second half of the third season.
To be honest, we met a bad surprise at the first day of the 2014. As you know, we met Arsenal at the Hawthorn for the opening match of the season and it was a tremendous day for us. That match ended with our heavy glory against Arsenal (4-0). Besides, at the second week the match we faced was our Black Country Rival Wolves and we have also won this match although we have played at away venue. So at the start of the second season we went to Emirates Stadium but it was an unexpected heavy lost against Arsenal. We have lost 3-0 against Arsenal.
While we were trying to get rid of the atmosphere of this defeat, we welcomed Wolves at our home but it was another bad day for the Baggies. We have lost again against Wolves and it is never welcomed warmly if you lose against your fierce rival.
This two lost against two important rival caused a shaking in our confidence. After lost against Wolves, we welcomed Blackburn at the Hawthorns but once again we could not achieve to win. With a team meeting I tried to take back the confidence high and tried to make the players shake and come back. I think this meeting worked as well so that we caught 6 wins in row.
And now here is the last league table of the third season.
To summarize the season with one word, I would choose "Tremendous".. It was a really tremendous season. I missed Man City with only 2 points and better one we passed Arsenal. Thus, we took the Champions League ticket and it is the second important indicator in WestBrom Revolution.
Now it is time for the rivals to think..
