WestBrom Story- Season 4 Transfers at First Half of the Season

Hello FMAddicteds, 

It is a long long time that I am away from blogging my WestBrom story. To be honest, I gave a time break for a long time both playing and blogging. So now i will give more overview than detailed posts. 

First of all, last season was breathtaking season for us. We have finished the EPL as runner up with only 2 points behind ManCity. My players showed an incredible desire to achieve unexpected successes. Because of we have to put more on the last season, we focused on title this season. To be able to do this, we need to continue on making some changes in the squad. We are trying to create a non-stop attacking, athletic team and making the team younger but not surprisingly, young players needs experience too. So this season i decided to send some young talents to my feeder clubs, especially the ones whom I could not give too much chances at first team.

Now lets take a look at to my transfers

Transfers In:

I have spent money to more reliable and cheap players except Nicolas Lodeiro. Nicolas will be one of my attacking guns and according to his quality its price is understandable.

Transfers Out:

I had to sell Eber but i had no options because his contract was about to expire and although i asked to renew it, we could not take work permit for Eber. What a pity i sold Eber to Atalanta. I am sure that he will show his potential at Italy.

The others were the ones who remains below the team average so there was no way for them to stay at the Hawthorn.

Loan Out:

I asked Board to deal with a new feeder club to send my young players to gain some experience and Board  came to me with Derby. As an FMAddicted player, I like Derby and I accepted them as our new feeder club. They will struggle to come to EPL from Npower Championship League and I helped them with my 4 talented young players. I have loan out 15 players from team. 3 of them (Jonatan Bauman, Leonardo Sigali, Belchior) are the ones who are candidate to work permit. 

Staff Transfers:

While I am busy at transfer market I did not ignore my backroom and I make them stronger.

Staff Out:

The only one staff out made me sad, Darlan Schneider, he was a 4.5 star fitness coach and Liverpool stole him from me. But no problem, I lost 1, but found 2 5 star fitness coaches.

I have once again focused on my team fitness. We will fight at 3 cups so we have to be strong and rigid.
