In my previous post, I have posted about my new transfer at the start of the second season. But the second season is not only another season but also a change in Southampton's squad understanding. Because most of the new comers are potential stars and will be shaping the next 10 years' Southampton.
Now lets see these young stars, wonderkid candidates.
1. Yaya Sanogo: Yaya is one of the most famous and well-known young talents between the Football Manager players. I have taken Yaya free but to be honest, I am not sure one hundred percent about his future at Southampton. Because, as you know my tactical approach is 4-2-3-1. I am giving place to only one striker. So he has to work day and night to take the shirt.
2. Craig McBride: Craig is another young talent and I am sure that he has potential to be a worldclass midfielder with the right trainings. He is just 16 years old but check his attributes. I am planning to give him place at the second halves of the games for the last 15-20 minutes. I believe that he will adapt the squad and our approach.
I will train him for a new position. His natural position is DM but I need him at MC position and most probably I will make him box-to-box player in future.
I paid only € 950K for Craig but he will deserve each pennies of this transfer.
3. Ibon Ochoa: Another 16 years old highly possible wonderkid candidate is Ibon Ochoa. I have stolen Ibon from Osasuna B team paying only €850 K. Ibon is not as strong as Craig but I think he is a good investment for Southampton.
4.Ludgero Graça: Ludgero Graça is a righ winger and a young talent. I paid €525 K to his former club Vit.Setubal. I will send him loan and I hope he continues to his development and he will a good right winger option in my squad
5. Dominik Kohr: Kohr was taking place at the FM 13 Wonderkid list and after the first season, I have added him to Southampton free of charge. There are very big rivalry at midfield and I will give chance to Craig McBride, so i will let Dominik go on loan.
6. Vedran Jerkan: This guy was not at my lists but one day my chief scout knocked on my door with a report about this guy and asked me to check it out. Vedran has a brilliant potential and I will try to keep him in the squad. I paid €325 K for him.
As you see my dear readers, we are starting to season with 6 young talents. At worst, I want to keep three of them at the team for the next years so that I can give you more details about their potential and current abilities.
