While starting to a new career at FM 2010, it is just more than buying player, selling player but it is building a team for future. Having wonderkids in your team is the most wanted in a career. I want to share my career experience in FM 2010 with you.
In my previous post i wrote about importance of the scouts. Because they are the ones who reports you about the players you want to investigate. So start to work with successfull scouts whose judging player potential and ability is 20.
Now i want to share with you a summarized shortlist. It will be good for you at least to take a look at.
Lets start with Goalkeepers. Having a good and more maybe a wonderkid goal keeper can save your at leat 10 years without searching a goal keeper.
These two pictures belong to my favourite goalkeepers. First one is Sergio Asenjo and the second one Guillermo Ochoa. OK, Ochoa is not so young boy but he shows a big potential more than his age can do.

Hi,
Need help here, in FM 2010, why is my keeper can not be match fit for long. If he doesnt play for say 5 days, he'll be fully fit.
I tried to put him on very heavy training with very high aerobic and strength training, but it just won't do it.
Any pointers?
