My FM 2010 Career- Season 2009-2010- 1 ~ FM Addicted

After i completed all my transfers for start of the season in both staff and team, we were ready to go... "Good start is always welcome... By the way i am the new guy in White Hart Lane so i need more than a good start.. I hope Lady Luck will be on my side.."

These are my feelings at the start of the season. When we reached the final of the season, there was some unexpected good news for both me and Tottenham... I can be one the legends of Spurs.. Who knows , we will see.

This is the screenshot of my magical career start in Tottenham. I have completed the first half of the season with 22 matches including league cup. As you see there are 15 win, only 1 defeat and 3 drawn in Premier Division... My story in League Cup was ended by Liverpool in 4th Round earlier than expected... I was expecting at least semi-final.. I got disappointed but run in the premier division is the motivation point at this moment.

My only one defeat was against Fulham... I won games against even Manchester, Arsenal but Fulham kicked me so badly..

Now lets take a deep look at the first half of the season with the first defeat in the league.

My strongest centre back Sebastian Bassong was out of the game with Red Card in 15th minutes. This red card spoilt all my game plans. I was at back 1-0 with a goal at the first minute of the game.. Indeed, I felt that it would be a tragedical match for me... But i encouraged my men with my touchline instructions. I asked them to pass into space, move forward, take more risk.. We were at back and there was nothing more to lose... It worked and we completed first half with 2-2 score... I was glad with my team performance and asked them not to drop their performance...

With the early goal in the second half, Fulham started to use their superiority in the "man count" Spurs did their well but we could not resist on their 4 goals, we could answers with 3 goals against theirs and we lost the first game in league.

Anyway, until now everything is Ok. I must accept that all going better than i expected.

The match agains Manchester Utd. ended with 2-0 win and it was really a memorable match for me.. I won the game in Old Trafford with the witness of 74627 audiences. That was so amazing for me and Spurs ofcourse.

Just three days later on 15.12.2009 we were waiting for Arsenal in White Hart Lane. They came with a big confidence but their return was not the same with their coming..

Jermain Defoe was man of the match and he deserved this with his 2 goals against Arsenal... My team formation was not changed for Arsenal as i dont like changing formation day by day. We were on grass with 4-2-3-1 formation while Arsenal on with 4-1-2-2-1 a bit defensive understanding..

At the end of the match, score board was announcing our win against Arsenal and there were lots of reasons for Spurs fun to enjoy...
