Part Time Summer Job- England U23 Coach ~ FM Addicted

Hello FM Addicteds,

One summer day, Capello knocked my door and came to me with an offer: U23 Coach for the coming Olympics Game. I accepted the offer immediately. It will be very good opportunity to watch the best England's footballer closer.

We will be playing at Group D... I will apply the same attacking formation at England U23: 4-2-3-1

We have played against Uruguay, South Korea and Egypt... It was not a tough group..euhm indeed it was an easy group for us.. 10 goals at three matches and we have conceeded only 2 goals.

We have passed Switzerland and Brazil stopped us at the quarter final.. What a shame day this is.

We have lost 2-1 against Brazil and we played against USA for the 3rd place... We have won it but to be honest, we were so closed to glory and it increase the disappointment when you are so close.

Ok this was a short but practically good experience for me..

Maybe in next years, I will be managing one of a national team..
